Built by engineers who lived the PR queue problem.
We didn't build Replixa to sell software. We built it because we sat inside 200-person engineering orgs and watched review latency eat into shipping velocity week after week — not from lack of effort, but from structural capacity limits that no process change could fix.
The problem that started it all.
Priya Nair spent 6 years as a platform engineer at two Austin-based software companies — one a 400-person enterprise SaaS company, the other a logistics tech firm that tripled engineering headcount in two years. Both had the same problem: as the codebase grew, review quality became inversely correlated with velocity. The faster teams pushed code, the more the review queue backed up, and the more senior engineers became the chokepoint.
In 2023, Priya was the lead on a developer productivity initiative at the logistics company. She instrumented the PR pipeline and found that 64% of review comments in a given month were style and pattern issues — the kind of things that had implicit rules in the codebase but were never written down anywhere. Senior engineers were enforcing conventions that existed only in git history and institutional memory.
The insight wasn't that review was broken — it was that the implicit knowledge was extractable. The patterns were already in 50,000 commits. Nobody had built a graph from them. Replixa's style graph was the prototype she built on a weekend in late 2023. She quit to build it full-time in January 2024.
"Senior engineers aren't slow. They're just doing work that the codebase itself could have answered."

Developer Experience
Writes docs, owns onboarding, and runs the first call for every enterprise evaluation. Previously DevRel at a developer tooling company.
"We believe the engineering review process should amplify human judgment, not tax it. Automated review should handle the routine — style, patterns, common mistakes — so your senior engineers focus on architecture, correctness, and intent."
Austin, TX.
We're based in downtown Austin. We're not a remote-first company distributed across seven time zones — we're four engineers in the same building, which is how a product this technically specific gets shipped this fast. Austin's engineering culture — pragmatic, direct, developer-first — is what Replixa is built for.
